A Note from Jonathan
First, I need to apologize to those who entrusted the creation of their monuments to Landmark. We failed to effectively communicate with you, and are sorry for the issues we caused with you. As the owner of the company, that responsibility ultimately is mine. Over the next several months, we will be working towards making things right with everyone who has placed orders with us, and are currently working with several entities to remedy the situations in which we’ve put many of you. The past several months have been challenging on multiple levels, and, while some factors were beyond our control, we should have communicated with each of you more effectively.
Moving forward, we are suspending all new business and we will be concentrating 100% of our efforts on finishing all the markers which have already been ordered and will be contacting each of you to complete your orders.
